  • PROTEINS (protides): meat, fish, eggs, and low-fat cheeses.

  • FATS (lipids): animal-based (e.g. butter) or vegetable-based (e.g. olive oil)

  • A BALANCED DIET

MICRONUTRIENTS

WHAT ARE THEY AND WHERE THEY CAN BE FOUND?

Also, microelements like iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, iodine, fluorine, manganese, and much more.
